Frequently asked questions
Why am I not receiving new partner ads?
Run /debug. Check your channels and enrollment status with /config. Make sure your ad contains a discord.gg link, your member range includes your own server, and your partner delay or three-day cooldown is not preventing a match.
Why can’t I choose a particular server with tokens?
Token Mode only lets you choose servers with the same tag. If the target server also uses Token Mode, its owner must approve the request.
What is the difference between the cooldowns?
Auto-Wave uses a three-day cooldown per server pair. Partner Manager uses a two-day cooldown per pair.
How do I update my server ad?
Auto-Wave reads the latest message in your configured Ad Channel containing a discord.gg link. Post your updated ad there and follow the ad rules.
Who can see my folders and statistics?
According to the help menu, wave folders and partner statistics are private and not visible to other users.
